Polaroid announces a new "smartcamera" with Android OS

Samsung has recently embarked on the road of photography, creating a digital camera running on Android operating system. Now Polaroid announces its "smartcamera" with Android!

Nikon, noting the success gained in the field by Samsung with its Galaxy Room, wanted to throw the same way a camera with an OS based on Android. Now Polaroid has also decided to follow its competitors, taking the same action.

This new camera has interchangeable lenses, 18.1 megapixels, 3.5-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi and Android 4.0. For now the CEO of Polaroid, Scott Hardy has not revealed much information.

Undoubtedly the intention of Polaroid is to compete with Nikon and other initiatives, especially, Samsung, seeking to impose its new camera in a completely new market for you.
